Public procurement law
We prepare tender documentation for contracting authorities, including in particular the Terms of Reference (ToR), together with drafts of public procurement contracts. We take part in the work of tender commissions; we prepare answers to questions from contractors. We assess the compliance of the ToR with the Public Procurement Law. We check whether the submitted offers comply with the PPL and the ToR. We represent the ordering parties in the entire appeal procedure.
We help contractors to prepare for the tender, including the preparation of the offer. We formulate inquiries to the contracting authority, check the compliance of the ToR with the Public Procurement Law and the compliance of the offer. We prepare documents related to the appeal against the contracting authority's actions and represent contractors at all stages of the appeal process.
We also have experience in handling complex projects financed from EU and foreign funds, implemented under the Public Procurement Law regime.
