Real estate and construction
We advise on all real estate issues. We develop the structure of transactions and financing, prepare and negotiate agreements, including agreements with banks for financing investments, and conduct due diligence of real estate. We prepare and negotiate agreements related to the entire investment process, including construction works agreements, also using the FIDIC contractual terms and conditions.
We advise on the preparation of contracts for general overhauls and renovation of heritage sites in connection with the change in the function of buildings, including their commercialisation.
We deal with issues related to the regulation of the legal status of real estate. We assist in all matters related to reprivatisation and real estate taken over by the Polish state after 1944, regardless of the legal basis for such a takeover. We represent our Clients in proceedings concerning the annulment of decisions on the basis of which the property was taken over. After restitution of the ownership rights of our Clients, we assist them in matters related to the management of the real estate.
We represent our Clients in all contacts with public administration bodies, especially in planning, environmental, real estate management and investment process issues.
