"Porwisz i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni" with its registered office in Kraków (hereinafter as: „Law Firm”) hereby informs that it the Law Firm is the controller of your personal data for the following personal data: name, surname, address, contact data (phone number, e-mail address), job title, other data contained in your message. These data shall be processed by Law Firm for the purposes of the activity conducted by it, i.e. for the purpose of proper performance of legal services for the clients of the Law Firm or for the purposes connected with functioning of Law Firm, in case of which the data processing shall be based on article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You shall have the right to request from Law Firm access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well. You shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Moreover, if your data are processed for the purpose of proper performance of legal services for the Law Firm clients, your data may be processed in order to protect the vital interests of Law Firm clients connected to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, i.e. on the basis of article 6 (1) (d), article 9 (2) (c) or article 9 (2) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

In this case you shall not have the right to erasure of your data and to object to processing them. If the data are processed in connection with the performance of legal services by the Law Firm, they shall be kept until the end of performing such services. If the data are processed for the purposes connected to the functioning of Law Firm, they shall be kept for the time in which the Law Firm or any other party may submit any claims connected with purposes, for which the data were processed. The recipients of your personal data may be employees and associates of the Law Firm, clients of the Law Firm, entities that perform for the Law Firm accounting, HR or IT services, the Law Firm’s banks or the Law Firm software suppliers.
